We take great care in packing, but if something arrives broken, email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thescentopia.ca, and we’ll replace it or refund you — no stress!
We don’t accept returns since our candles are handmade in small batches. However, if your candle arrives damaged or you're not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thescentopia.ca— we’ll gladly issue a refund or replacement. Your happiness means everything to us!

We use non-toxic ingredients, but like all candles, they should be kept out of reach of children and pets and never left unattended while burning.
To get the best burn: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting Let the wax pool reach the edges on the first burn Don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time Keep away from fans, pets, and anything flammable
