At The Scentopia, every candle is hand-poured with love and care. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that things don’t always go perfectly — and we’re here to make it right.
If your candle arrives damaged, broken, or defective, or if you’re genuinely unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thescentopia.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll gladly offer a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
Our goal is to ensure you’re completely happy with your Scentopia experience — from the moment you shop, to the moment you light your candle.
